Gigantic-sounding Death/Black Metal that mixes crushing Death Metal à la Centurian, Zyklon or Morbid Angel with cold yet melodic Black Metal in the vein of Immortal, Dissection or Naglfar with a little barbaric je ne sais quoi akin to most South American extreme Metal bands. With their riff-oriented madness, tight blasts and superb vocal patterns, Aypheros is not reinventing the wheel but still takes his craft seriously and this is a definitive kick in the ass for every Death/Black Metal enthusiasts spitting fire and praying to the old gods.
