1Why is the ordering process not automated like it is in most e-commerce sites?
Our main priority is communication with our customers: to provide them with a 100% personalized customer service, as opposed to simple money transactions where the human factor is non-existent. This means that the ordering process through our site takes a bit longer than it does when ordering from fully automated e-stores, but we do believe that the extra time is worth it for those that appreciate dealing with someone who’s there to assist throughout the entire process.
2What happens once I proceed to check out and place the order?
You’ll get an email notification with your order breakdown and a notice about it being processed by us, which means, we’ll soon get in touch with you via email to finalize the order.
3When do I get to choose the shipping option and the payment method?
We’ll discuss that with you via email as soon as we receive your order.
4How long does it take to get my order finalized since I press the “place order” button?
It depends. If you communicate via email as fast as we do, it could perfectly be a matter of minutes. The average time might be 1-2 hours between the moment you place the order and the moment we provide you with the total and payment instructions.
5How long does it take for you to ship my order and how long does it take to arrive?
Once that payment is cleared, it usually takes 2-3 days for us to ship your order. Should there be a delay caused by any unexpected event, we’d keep you updated. Regarding delivery times, it depends on where you’re located. As far as our experience goes, these are the average delivery times for different regions/continents: - Within Spain: 1-2 days - Within Europe: 5-10 days - Overseas: 8-20 days
6Is there any restriction about countries/regions that you don’t ship to?
No. We ship worldwide. No restrictions, although registered shipments are strongly advised when it comes to shipping to some particular countries/regions.
