A CD that compiles everything that this Norwegian band, featuring members that went on to form Enslaved and Theatre of Tragedy after the band´s demise, released: “Feverish Convusions” demo (1991), “The Last Settlement Of Ragnarok” demo (1991) and 3 previously unreleased rehearsal songs recorded in 1990 and 1991. Musically, Phobia calls to mind Autopsy, with a morose, doom-laden edge reminiscent of early Paradise Lost. The songwriting, however, is unique and the production strikes a balance between capturing the band´s raw, youthful energy while preserving the clarity of the instrumentation.
